Wellness Begins with Awareness
In yoga, we practice svadhyaya—self-study. It’s about observing without judgment. Ask yourself:
What habits are serving me right now?
Where do I feel out of balance?
What is one small shift I can make today?
Start with awareness. Change follows naturally.
💧 Hydrate & Breathe
Simple, right? Yet two of the most powerful wellness tools are often the first we forget. This month, make hydration and breathwork non-negotiables.
Try this:
Morning ritual: Begin with a glass of warm lemon water and 3 deep belly breaths.
Midday reset: Step away from your screen and take 1 minute of mindful breathing—inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4.
🧘♀️ Move with Intention
Your yoga mat isn’t just a place to stretch—it’s a sacred space to listen to your body, release tension, and realign. Whether it’s a full Vinyasa class or a 10-minute stretch, movement creates momentum in all areas of your life.
This month, try:
A daily Sun Salutation practice
A weekly yin or restorative session to slow down
A myofascial release ball session to soothe fascia and calm the nervous system
